In any part of this report, the following definitions apply:

Unique users (visitors) Number of individuals, or individual computers, that logged onto the web site in the defined period

Page views Total number of pages viewed in the stated period by all users on the site.

LiveSTATS® The software used by The Canadian Real Estate Association to monitor use of, or traffic, on its web sites.

Comscore Independent research and audit company that tracks publishes internet use, and web site traffic by industry category, in Canada and the United States.
